The first thing you notice in this picture is the wonderful color of the flower. The contrasting green in the back really makes the color of the flower pop out. The second thing I really like about this picture is the composition. A point of critique would be the focus. The focus in this picture isn't precisely at the centre of the flower. However it's not very distracting but always remember to pay attention to the focus. A second point of critique would be the originality. In general I think you did a great job, just pay more attention to the focus and try to make your picture stand out a little more ^.^.
